Exchange And Return Policy

We want you to feel great in what you wear. While we use standard sizing to help you find the best fit, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.


How to Exchange an Item

If you'd like to swap your purchase for a different size or style, you may return the item within 07 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original invoice.

  • For return requests due to quality issues, FUMO will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order
  • You may get one time exchange on any item bought from FUMO within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Please clearly mention the desired item and size for exchange on the invoice.

  • The item you’re requesting in exchange must be of equal or higher value.

  • If you're not ready to choose your exchange item immediately, we can issue a store credit note instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Tote bags / Belts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Altered garments are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

  • A maximum of one exchanges per order is allowed for domestic purchases only.


Important Return Conditions

When sending back items for exchange, please ensure:

  • Products are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Items have no fragrance, deodorant, detergent, makeup, or tan marks.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • FUMO does not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

  • Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.
