Order Cancellations by Customers

• You may request to cancel your order within 5 hours of completing checkout.

• To update or modify a paid order, please contact us using the same email address and phone number provided during the purchase.

• Once your order is processed and a tracking number has been issued via email, it can no longer be cancelled. However, our Exchange Policy may apply at that stage.

Order Cancellations by FUMO

FUMO reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

1. The item(s) ordered are out of stock.

2. There is a pricing error or incorrect product information.

3. The payment is declined by your financial institution or credit card provider.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded as per our refund guidelines.
